About Chef

After graduation from Culinary Institute, chef had trained in the West of Japan. In his early twenties, he has learned authentic French cuisine in Lyon, Marseille and Paris for five years. He has worked for hotels and restaurants after he came back to Japan. Please feel free to enjoy french cuisine here.
